Terms

Please read these before booking or paying.

Booth bookings

SOHO is strictly 18+. Everyone in the group must bring a valid form of ID. Entry is at the discretion of door staff.
The dress code is smart casual: no heavily branded items and no sportswear.
All payments are non-refundable. Please do not pay until all details are confirmed and correct and you are certain you will attend. No refund is given if the group size decreases or the booking is cancelled.
Bookings cannot be made on behalf of other people. The lead guest must be present.
Each package covers a maximum of 10 guests. Groups above 10 require at least one additional package. A maximum of 15 male guests is permitted per group; larger male groups cannot be spread across multiple booths.
Payment links are sent before the booking date. Check spam and junk folders. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled.
Arriving more than 15 minutes after your booked time risks losing the reservation without a refund.
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. For availability outside these hours, speak to a member of staff on the night.
All booth bookings are inside. Outside tables are first come, first served. For a table without a package, walk in on the day.
Package pre-orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, suitable substitutes will be discussed. Extra guests may incur additional charges. Seating is allocated according to group size.
Drink responsibly. Excessively intoxicated guests may be refused service or asked to leave without a refund. Abusive, aggressive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated and may result in the booking ending without a refund.
The venue must adhere to its licensing conditions regarding drugs and alcohol. Door staff and management retain the right to refuse entry.

Private hire

Private hire is strictly 18+. We do not cater for 18th birthday parties. All guests must bring valid ID.
All payments are non-refundable. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the event, even if group size decreases.
The main room is not available for private hire on Fridays and Saturdays; the upstairs room may be offered instead.
Your own DJ must bring their own equipment. Arrive with enough time to set up before your start time. Private events must end by 3am.
Security fees apply and extra security may be required depending on group size. SOHO’s DJ and equipment incur an additional hourly charge.

Abusive or aggressive behaviour and excessive intoxication may result in refused service or termination of the booking without a refund.
